In-Store Purchases

Bras, Lingerie & Swimwear

Eligible for store credit within 10 days of purchase provided:

  • Items are unworn and unused
  • Tags remain attached
  • Items are free of perfume, deodorant, smoke, pet hair, or damage

Clothing

Eligible for:

  • Refund
  • Exchange
  • Store credit

within 10 days of purchase, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and tags remain attached.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited:

  • Any item purchased on sale or with a promotional discount/code
  • Panties or any item containing a gusset
  • Booby tape, adhesive products, nipple covers, and intimate accessories
  • Delicate washes, lubricants, intimate oils, and other personal care products including Soak, Eucalan, and Peach and Cream products
  • Gift cards

Online Orders

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders that originally qualified for free shipping may have shipping costs deducted from refunds if returned items bring the order total below the free shipping threshold.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once approved items are received and inspected, eligible refunds or store credits will be processed accordingly.
