Refund and Return Policy

At Pinned Up Bra Lounge, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the information below regarding store credit, exchanges, refunds, and final sale items.

Return Eligibility

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • Free of perfume, deodorant, smoke, pet hair, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Bras, Lingerie & Swimwear

Eligible for store credit:

  • Within 10 days of purchase for in-store purchases
  • Within 14 days of delivery for online orders

Items must meet the return eligibility requirements outlined above.

Clothing

Eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit:

  • Within 10 days of purchase for in-store purchases
  • Within 14 days of delivery for online orders

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited:

  • Any item purchased on clearance
  • Items purchased with a discount, promotional code, or promotional offer exceeding 15% off
  • Items purchased during warehouse sales, live sales, clearance events, or other promotions specifically advertised as final sale
  • Panties or any item containing a gusset
  • Booby tape, adhesive products, nipple covers, and intimate accessories
  • Delicate washes, lubricants, intimate oils, and other personal care products, including Soak, Eucalan, and Peach and Cream products
  • Gift cards

Online Returns

To request a return, please email info@pinnedupbralounge.ca within 14 days of delivery.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders that originally qualified for free shipping may have shipping costs deducted from refunds if returned items bring the order total below the free shipping threshold.

Processing Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

Approved refunds or store credits will be processed within 5–7 business days of inspection.

Unclaimed Orders

Orders selected for in-store pickup must be collected within 30 days of notification that the order is ready for pickup.

If an order remains unclaimed after 60 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue store credit for the value of the merchandise purchased. Shipping charges, special order deposits, and any non-refundable fees will not be credited.

We will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the information provided on your order before cancelling it.

Store credit issued for unclaimed orders will be subject to the terms of our return policy and cannot be redeemed for cash.
