Shipping

Orders are generally processed in 1-3 business days. If an item is back ordered or we believe it will not reach you within the delivery standard you selected, we will notify you via e-mail as soon as possible and provide you with options that may work.

Express shipping is available at checkout and is done through Canada Post which has a projected arrival of 2 to 4 days, this is in addition to the above 1-3 day processing time listed above.  If your order is urgent please email lisa@pinnedupbralounge.ca for possible options.  

Local Pickup

We are a home based business but do offer local pick up in Maple, Ontario.  This option is available when checking out.  Once you place your order it is usually prepared in 1-2 days.  If your order is urgent, please e-mail lisa@pinnedupbralounge.ca to inquire about arranging a faster pick up date and time.  

Local Delivery

For an additional fee we do offer local delivery within 25 km of Maple, Ontario.  When checking out chose shipping and then on the shipping page you will have the option to chose local delivery. Once your order is placed we will reach out to you to arrange delivery.
