Virtual fittings are a fantastic option for anyone who prefers not to book an in-boutique fitting appointment or is unable to walk in for an in-person fitting.

Virtual Fitting Appointments
To ensure a truly personalized and private fitting experience, a flat-rate booking fee is required for all virtual fitting appointments outside of regular store hours. This fee helps us reserve dedicated time for you, and while it is non-refundable and not applied toward any future purchases, it ensures you receive the best possible attention during your appointment.

As part of the service, you'll also receive a follow-up fitting after you receive your purchases to ensure the perfect fit and provide guidance on how to get the most out of your new items.

What to Expect for Your Virtual Fitting:

1. Booking and Session Link
   After booking, you will receive an email with a link for your fitting session. You’ll need a cell phone, laptop, or tablet with a camera. Your fitter will be the only one in the room where the camera is active, ensuring your privacy.

2. Measuring for the Perfect Fit
   Ideally, you’ll have a flexible measuring tape on hand. Your fitter will guide you on how to take your measurements. If you don’t have a flexible tape, a regular metal measuring tape can be used in combination with a string or cord that’s long enough to wrap around your bust.

3. Personalized Selections
   Based on your measurements and how your current bra fits, your fitter will provide you with a curated list of selections tailored to you. Keep in mind that measuring is a starting point—other factors like breast density, shape, and placement will also be considered.

4. Follow-Up Fitting
   After receiving your purchased items, you can book a follow-up fitting session to address any fit questions and get guidance on how to wear and care for your new items.

Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your virtual fitting. If cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the booking fee will not be refunded.
